Areas Of Focus
Life has a way of taking us on a wild ride, sometimes inspiring, sometimes exhausting, and often a little bit of both. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just plain worn out by the day-to-day, you’re not alone. I’m here to support you in making sense of the mess through a creative, body-based approach that builds on the strengths and resources you already carry.
I have an MA in Drama Therapy. I offer creative, individualized sessions that focus on present-moment experience, exploring patterns in emotions, behaviours, and their impacts in everyday life.
My background in acting, collective creation, and physical theatre informs how I work. I focus on body awareness, creativity, and self-expression as ways to deepen self-understanding and explore new ways of responding to challenges.
My approach is informed by trauma-aware principles and integrates elements of drama therapy, somatic exploration, and creative practices. I support individuals in developing awareness, emotional regulation skills, and practical tools grounded in their lived experience.
My work does not involve diagnosis or the assessment of mental health disorders. Instead, it centers on here-and-now experiences, personal insight, and building resources for daily life.
I believe this kind of work can be meaningful, engaging, and even playful at times! I value humour, curiosity, and creativity as part of the process, because even in the hard parts, there’s still space to breathe, play, and notice things a little differently. I aim to support you in taking ownership of your beautifully imperfect life—moving with more clarity, confidence, care, and resilience as you navigate what comes next.
