Areas Of Focus

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your relationships, or hard on yourself in ways you can’t seem to shift?

You might notice patterns like anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low mood, or a persistent sense of not feeling good enough. These experiences can feel confusing and exhausting, especially when you’re trying to manage them on your own.

I offer a warm, trauma-informed approach for individuals navigating relational challenges, anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. Together, we focus on building greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, while exploring more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.

My work is grounded in a compassionate, relational, and nervous system-aware approach. I draw from trauma-informed, somatic, and parts-based perspectives to support you in exploring your experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable. A big part of the work is helping you feel more anchored within yourself, so you can move through difficult emotions with more steadiness and less overwhelm.

I believe healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and able to reconnect with their own inner wisdom. My goal is to help you feel more grounded in yourself, more secure in your relationships, and more confident navigating life’s challenges.

If you’re ready to get started, you can book a full session, or if you’re unsure, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
