Areas Of Focus

Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, relationships, your sense of self, or experiences from your past that continue to affect you today. You may be questioning parts of your identity, trying to change your relationship with substances, or simply looking for a place where you can talk openly and make sense of what you’re going through. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where you can show up as you are.

I’m Natalie, a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience in frontline, community-based practice across Tkaronto/Toronto. Now based in Montréal, I work with adults, couples, polycules, and families from a wide range of backgrounds, with particular experience supporting queer and trans individuals, as well as people navigating substance use, whether that means exploring harm reduction or rethinking the role substances have in your life.

At the heart of my approach is narrative therapy. I believe the stories we carry about ourselves are not fixed. Together, we can explore how your experiences, relationships, and the world around you have shaped the way you see yourself, while making room for new ways of understanding your story. I’m not here to be the expert on your life. My role is to work alongside you with curiosity, warmth, and respect.

I bring a trauma-informed and body-aware lens to our work, drawing from a range of approaches based on your individual needs, including somatic techniques, nervous system regulation, mindfulness and parts work. This can help us pay attention not only to your thoughts and emotions, but also to how your experiences may be showing up in your body. Together, we can build greater awareness of what helps you feel grounded and regulated, while adapting our work to your individual needs and pace.

I support people navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, relationship challenges, self-esteem, identity exploration, substance use, and the impacts of violence or systemic harm.

What matters most to me is trust. We move at your pace and build a relationship where you can feel respected, supported, and comfortable showing up as yourself. From there, we can explore what is no longer working for you and make space for meaningful change.

If you’re ready to get started, you can book a full session. If you’d prefer to connect first, I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
